Ancillary Services
Ancillary services are support services provided by The Arc's professional staff and consultants who are either licensed and/or certified to perform specialized services. These services include general and specific interventions directed to the individuals the Arc serves, as well as training and support to the employees working with them.

The Ancillary Services Department was created in 2001 with the goal to expand the availability of professional services and supports to all individuals served by The Arc, The Arc's employees and the community.

Ancillary services include the supervision, monitoring and direction of individual care for the specific services listed below, as well as the promotion of Arc philosophies and principles and best practice techniques through the provision of services and training.
