  • Habilitation Worker (Part Time/Full Time) Rate: $12.50 per hour. A Habilitation worker provides direct services to clients according to the Individual Habilitation or Service Plans (IHP or ISP) under the direction of a Home Manager. Requirements include but not limited to: High School Diploma or GED, current state driver's license & clean driver's abstract, & Visions certification. 6 months volunteer or work experience w/intellectual &/or developmental disabilities preferred.  See work clearance requirements below.

  • *REMARKS: WEEKEND SAT & SUN SCHEDULES ARE FLEXIBLE - WORK DAYS CAN BE SAT & SUN -OR- SAT or SUN*

  • Relief Habilitation Worker  (Full Time) Rate: $13.62~$15.14 per hour.  The Relief Habilitation worker is used primarily as a replacement for employees who are out due to sick, injury, vacation, LOA, Work Comp, & TDI. This position has no set schedule or days off as schedules may change from week to week depending on the location sent to. May be assigned to work anywhere w/in the company. Requirements include but not limited to:  High School Diploma or GED, current driver's license; clean driver's abstract, Visions certification, 6 months volunteer or work experience w/intellectual &/or developmental disabilities preferred.  (Travel stipend of $200.00 per month).  See work clearance requirements below.

  • Instructor Assistant (Full Time) Rate:  $12.50 per hour.  An Instructor Assistant provides direct services to clients at our Adult day Health (ADH) program in Honolulu, according to the Individual Program or Service Plans (IPP or ISP) under the direction of an Instructor. Requirements include but not limited to:  High School Diploma or GED, current state driver's license & clean driver's abstract. 6 months volunteer or work experience assisting persons w/intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.  See work clearance requirements below.

  • Instructor (Full Time) Rate:  $14.06 per hour.  An Instructor provides direct services & supervision of  ID/DD clients'treatment programs following the Ipp or ISP under the direction of the Center Manager.  Supervises a team of IAs

  • PAB (Personal Assistant Habilitation) Worker (Casual Position) Rate:  $11.36 per hour.  A PAB worker will assist in implementing the participants program & provides direct services to meeting the health & safety needs,utilize community resources, & develop natural supports in accordance w/the goals identified in the participant's IP/ISP.  See work clearance requirements below.

  • Home Manager (Full Time) Rate:  TBD.  This is a Live-in position managing a Dom Home in Honolulu (Lower Punchbowl area) for adults w/special needs.  Families are welcome up to a total family size of four.  Housing w/basic utilities & internet/cable is included in the package.  Requirements include but not limited to: MUST be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, overnight, VALID driver's license & ablility to drive a van (make & model dependent on the needs of the house), BASIC computer skills (ex: checking email, opening/saving documents, willingness to learn software), PERSONAL cell phone (stipend will be issued for business use), MINIMUM one year experience working w/those w/those w/special needs, MINIMUM one year supervisory experience, EXPERIENCE running a household (ex: food prep, shopping, housecleaning), ABILITY to communicate clearly, both in writing & orally, ABILITY to multi-task & stay organized, High School Diploma or GED.  See work clearance requirements below.

  • Case Worker (ID/DD Program) Rate:  TBD.  A Case worker will be a capable & passionate individual to join our team in serving adults w/special needs by ensuring the home managers are properly managing, training, & supervising their staff in caring for & providing the participants w/a safe, protective, & normal environment that allows for growth & development.  Essential job functions include, but not limited to ensuring home managers & their staff exercise confidentiality of all participants’ health information & records, writes & trains home manager & staff on how to implement IPP & positive behavioral programs for each participant, Evaluates & develops plans of action for incident reports as needed, effectively communicates w/participants, parents or guardians, family members, interdisciplinary team members/surveyors to resolve any issues &/or changes, attends all required meetings & trainings.  Case work locations include Wahiawa & Honolulu.  Requirements include but not limited to: Bachelor's degree in the field of special education, social sciences, human services, &/or other related fields from an accredited college or university, Min 1 year experience working w/adults w/special needs, Min 1 year supervisory experience, Case worker experience in a similar capacity, Working knowledge & application of ICF-MR-C program experience, Valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract, Proficiency in computer skills related to job duties, Personal cell phone (stipend will be issued for business use), Communicate English clearly (writing and verbally), Ability to multi-task & stay organized, Meet work deadlines, Must be able to pass criminal history check, FBI fingerprinting, APS & CAN registries.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rate:  TBD.  An LPN will be a capable & passionate individual to be responsible for implementing basic nursing procedures in The Arc client plans of care & to function as part of the health care team under the direction of an RN.  Essential job functions include, but not limited to assuring protection of the rights & confidentiality of clients/participants, Assuring program & facility compliance on policies & regulations, Providing basic FA/CPR to clients, staff, & others when needed, Performing and documenting site reviews & initiates Incident Reports as needed, Conducting home visits, on-going training to care providers, & quality assurances review of central records as directed by Program Director, Providing direct nursing care & assists RN as needed,  Requirements include but not limited to: Associate's degree in the nursing field from an accredited college and current Hawaii State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Current & valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract & have reliable transportation, Strong ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, multi-task, and stay organized, Proficient in basic computer skills (ex: checking email, opening & saving documents, willingness to learn software), Must have flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, overnights if needed, Must pass criminal history check, FBI fingerprinting, APS and CAN registries, Physical examination, current initial 2-step PPD, and Visions certification, PREFER One year volunteer or work experience assisting persons with intellectual or developmental (ID/DD)disabilities.

  • Administrative Assistant (Part time) Rate:  TBD.  The capable and well organized assistant will assist the Director of Programs & Services by performing a variety of administrative support functions to assist in efficient departmental operations and may include running periodic errands & assisting other depatments as assigned. Essential job functions include, but not limited to sorting, organizing, & filing a variety of reports, letters, & internal documents, keeping files current & accurate, Composes & sends out correspondences & disseminates incoming mail,  Communicates to families & individuals & relays information to Dr of P&S, Schedules appointments, meetings, & takes accurate minutes as needed. Requirements include but not limited to:  2 years related work experience, High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree in Business Administration preferred), Proficiency in computer skills related to job duties, Communicating clearly both in writing and orally, Maintaining confidentiality, Ability to multi-task, stay organized, follow directions, work independently, type 40-45 wpm and use basic office equipment, Valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract, Must pass criminal history check, FBI fingerprinting, APS & Can registries.

  • Accounting Clerk (Full time) Rate:  TBD.  This position will provide accounting and clerical support which may include A/R, A/P, payroll and general accounting. Requirements include but not limited to:  College coursework in accounting & 2years accounting clerical experience, Good verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, organizational detail & follow-up skills, Proficiency in MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Access, & Outlook, Requires extended sitting & occasional standing, bending, & reaching. May require lifting up to 20lbs. Essential job functions include, but not limited to, Receiving, sorting & logging in cash receipts, Preparing monthly deposits to various accounts, monthly income & expense schedules, monthly budget & summary for cc charges, Reconciliation & maintaining various bank accounts, petty cash, cash cards, & purchase cards, Reviewing client eligiility & cost share monthly, Process billings, recording payments, resolving collection of delinquent receivables & maintaining records of outstanding receivables, verifying billing w/authorized budgeted amounts, Assisting w/payroll processing, government requirements, & purchase requisitions process.
